Lead senior living operations with Navion Senior Living across the Southeast, applying multi-state oversight and financial leadership. Weekly community travel is required.

This executive leadership position oversees Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities. You will develop Regional Directors of Operations and Operations Specialists while driving operational excellence, financial performance, occupancy growth, compliance, and resident experiences. North Carolina and South Carolina are primary markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide portfolio strategy and hands-on operational leadership
- Lead and develop regional operations teams
- Drive financial performance, occupancy, and revenue growth
- Oversee quality, compliance, and resident experience




- Partner with executives, ownership, and operating stakeholders

Requirements:

- Ten-plus years of progressive senior living operations leadership
- Multi-state regional or divisional oversight experience
- Executive Director or licensed senior living administrator experience
- Knowledge of licensing, surveys, OSHA, and safety codes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience; frequent travel required
