Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations for the Mississauga retail store
- Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs

Requirements:
- Five or more years of retail management experience
- Menswear or luxury retail background preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
