As Operations Manager, you will direct store operations and back-of-house teams while collaborating with store management. Your scope includes stock management, product flow, cash reconciliation, after-sales service, maintenance, inventory oversight, and policy enforcement. You will also uphold health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive operational excellence using quantitative and qualitative KPI dashboards
- Organize back-of-house areas, stock rooms, counters, and holding areas
- Develop inventory strategies and oversee cycle counts and reconciliation
- Monitor payment flows, tenders,



tills, and transaction discrepancies
- Lead product care and after-sales service efficiency

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of retail operations management experience
- Experience in fast fashion or luxury retail preferred
- Proven inventory, logistics, and store operations success
- Proficiency in inventory software, SAP, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays
