Lead cross-functional projects for BC Children’s Hospital Foundation using clear planning, stakeholder communication, and practical problem-solving skills. This hybrid role requires at least two office days weekly.

As Project Manager, you will report to the Program Manager and support organization-wide initiatives. You will help shape a growing project delivery practice while partnering across the Foundation. Your work will strengthen delivery and help teams advance the Foundation’s cause.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build project plans defining outcomes, participants, and work progression
- Lead projects from planning through implementation
- Facilitate conversations and communicate project progress
- Identify risks and roadblocks, then coordinate solutions




- Track progress, support adaptation, and capture lessons learned

Requirements:

- At least five years of project management experience
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects
- Solid planning, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Sound judgement navigating ambiguity and competing priorities
- Asana experience strongly preferred; PMP or CAPM an asset
