Drive North American sales growth through cold calling, lead generation, and business development with Kemflo Canada Inc. in Bradford, Ontario.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will hunt current business and pursue quarterly and annual sales objectives. Your work includes distributors, end users, injection molding, and thermoplastic products. Reporting to the President, you will develop opportunities from mold development through production while supporting Kemflo Canada’s established manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow the North American customer base
- Generate opportunities through cold calling and industry research
- Quote business from mold development through production
- Track sales and create long-term growth action plans




- Develop distributor relationships and attend trade shows

Requirements:

- Ten years of B2B sales experience
- Business or engineering post-secondary education, or equivalent experience
- Technical understanding of injection molding tool development
- CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Valid passport, driver’s license, and willingness for 80–100 travel nights
