As Store Manager, you will lead a retail team and manage daily store operations. You will hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop employees while setting clear expectations. The position also covers sales, KPIs, labour, inventory, compliance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop an engaged store team
- Own sales, KPIs, profitability, and business performance
- Manage scheduling, payroll, expenses, inventory, and cash controls

Requirements:

- Three or more years of retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
- One to two or more years of leadership preferred
- Experience managing teams and day-to-day retail operations
- Robust communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible evenings and weekends; certification, screening, standing, and lifting required
