The Warehouse Supervisor leads 20 to 30 employees on the warehouse floor. This supervisor plans workloads, motivates employees, and provides coaching and mentoring. The position also supports customer service, labour efficiency, and communication with unionized employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise 20 to 30 warehouse employees within budget constraints
- Maintain workplace safety policies and regulatory compliance
- Coach, lead, and mentor warehouse employees
- Oversee storage, shipping, and receiving of goods
- Develop labour efficiency control methods and recommendations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- One to three years’ supervisory experience in unionized distribution
- Solid leadership, communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to guide, motivate, and train diverse employees
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP computer tools
