The Continuous Improvement Manager serves as GATX’s site CI champion in Moose Jaw. This senior role applies Lean methods, operations management, strategy, and analytical problem-solving to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. The position works with department managers, service center managers, and shop floor personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess business opportunities and develop improvement strategies
- Evaluate facilities and identify operational improvement opportunities
- Develop integrated manufacturing systems and procedures
- Lead Daily Visual Management across facility work centers




- Analyze production costs, waste, layouts, and work methods

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in operations management, industrial engineering, or business administration
- Minimum five years in analytical or facility management roles
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred
- Experience with VSM, Kanban, 5S, Kaizen, and TPM
- Fluent English and willingness to travel five to ten percent
