The Health Employers Association of BC (HEABC) seeks a Team Lead, Labour Relations (Health Authorities). Reporting to the Senior Director, Labour Relations, you will lead a team of legal counsels and provide high‑quality labour relations advice to HEABC’s Health Authority members.
You will mentor staff, manage a servicing portfolio, and ensure capacity to guide hearings, negotiations, and dispute resolution while fostering career development and collaboration across the team.
