Apply macroeconomic research and quantitative modelling as an Investment Analyst supporting Dynamic Asset Allocation at Ontario Teachers’. This role combines in-office collaboration with remote working.

As part of the DAA team within Total Fund Management, you will assess market developments, valuations, risk premia, and asset mix opportunities. You will collaborate with investment professionals across Investments while preparing analysis for senior decision-making forums. The work supports total-fund strategy and portfolio positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research global macroeconomic and financial market developments
- Perform cross-asset portfolio analysis and scenario assessments
- Build and enhance quantitative and econometric models
- Prepare presentations,



reports, and analytical materials
- Integrate AI tools into research, modelling, and programming workflows

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in a relevant area
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Knowledge of economics, markets, and asset allocation
- Solid quantitative, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Support total-fund investment decisions through cross-asset research, modelling, AI-enabled workflows, and concise communication.
