Lead centralized client service in Toronto with coaching, problem-solving, and people management responsibilities supporting Investment Advisors nationwide.
As Centralized Manager Client Service, Investment Management, you will lead Centralized Client Service Associates serving PIA and PIC lines of business. Reporting to the Group Manager, you will support business goals through coaching, teamwork, and accountable performance ownership. The position includes recruitment, training, career development, and performance management. You will communicate with Investment Advisors, field MCSs, and BMs while collaborating with business partners across locations. Your judgment will guide complex service issue resolution and improvement recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and model exceptional service delivery
- Oversee daily team activities and service improvement strategies
- Provide quality coaching and regular feedback to Associates
- Monitor reports, trends, concerns, and service levels
- Resolve escalated issues while meeting regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Proven client service, leadership, and business planning skills
- Robust judgment, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of PIA products, systems, and procedures
- IIROC licensing is an asset
