Lead nuclear decommissioning projects for PTAG in Douglas Point, Ontario, applying project management, contract administration, and risk-informed decision-making expertise.

As a Project Leader, you will manage medium-risk projects in a regulated environment across definition, concept development, execution, and decommissioning. You will lead project planning, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, and multidisciplinary teams while supporting protected, quality-driven delivery. The work involves communicating with clients, suppliers, regulators, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage medium-risk decommissioning projects through planning, execution, control, and close-out
- Lead three to four projects totaling $5M to $10M annually
- Develop scopes of work and procurement packages




- Evaluate proposals and recommend preferred suppliers
- Monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety performance

Requirements:

- Engineering or Science degree, professional membership, or PMP certification
- Seven years of project management experience in regulated environments
- Experience across project definition, concept development, and decommissioning
- Knowledge of nuclear codes, licensing, and environmental regulations
- Advanced Microsoft Office and project management software knowledge
