As Senior Director, Global Total Rewards, you will lead strategy and delivery across compensation, equity, benefits, retirement, and executive compensation. You will guide an approximately eight-person team and advise senior leaders, Compensation Committees, and Boards. The work supports organizational growth, governance, pay equity, and international expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead global Total Rewards strategy supporting business priorities

Requirements:

- Extensive senior-level global Total Rewards leadership experience
- Experience with compensation, equity, benefits, retirement, and executive compensation
- Experience advising executives, Compensation Committees, and Boards
- Deep knowledge of equity strategy, governance, and dilution forecasting
- Experience building job architecture, pay bands, and geographic frameworks
