As a Sales Compensation Analyst within Sales Operations and the Spine division, you will administer sales and incentive compensation plans. Your work will cover data validation, platform configuration, payout processing, and reporting. You will also support Finance, Sales Leadership, and commercial planning with reliable analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer sales and incentive compensation plans
- Calculate, validate, and process incentive payments

Requirements:
