As a Claims Advisor, Auto, you will manage repairable physical damage claims from assignment through resolution. Review coverage, damages, estimates, and documentation while coordinating with repair facilities, appraisers, rental providers, insureds, and third parties. Apply established authority levels and claims guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage repairable physical damage claims through resolution
- Explain claim and repair processes clearly to customers
- Review coverage, losses, damages, estimates, and documentation
- Coordinate repairs, rentals, payments, and outstanding activities
- Escalate fraud indicators, total losses, and complex claims

Requirements:

- Three to five years of customer service experience
- Previous auto adjuster experience preferred
- Knowledge interpreting insurance policies
- Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy
- Bachelor's degree preferred
