As Maintenance Scheduler, you convert ready work into weekly plans for maintenance and operations. You coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and changing priorities. Your planning supports crews with parts, people, instructions, and safety documents while keeping major shutdown plans current.

Key Responsibilities:

- Chair line scheduling meetings before weekly shutdowns
- Build schedules from ready work and available crews
- Present schedules for approval and lock them
- Organize backlogs and update major shutdown plans
- Report schedule performance, hours, backlog, and safety work

Requirements:

- College diploma or recognized trade certification
- Three or more years’ manufacturing planning experience
- Experience with SAP or maintenance management systems
- Advanced Excel skills and preventive maintenance knowledge
- Knowledge of lockout/tagout, permits, and meeting facilitation
