As Production Manager, you will shape performance and culture at Tolko’s High Prairie OSB Division. The modernized mill includes a newly commissioned continuous press. Your leadership will focus on safety, productivity, recovery, quality, staffing, scheduling, resources, and operational improvement while collaborating with maintenance and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop frontline production teams
- Champion safety culture through visible leadership and accountability
- Drive productivity, recovery, quality, and production performance
- Manage staffing,



scheduling, resources, targets, and budgets
- Support modernization and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Grade 12 diploma; post-secondary education is an asset
- Three to five years of manufacturing experience
- Experience leading teams in a production setting
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
