As Senior Manager, North American Marketing Strategic Initiatives, you will advance Marketing’s strategy and operating agenda across Canada and the United States. Reporting to the Vice President, you will connect priorities across markets, frame ambiguous issues, synthesize complex information, and translate executive direction into measurable outcomes. The portfolio spans strategic planning, governance, communications, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead high-priority initiatives supporting the Global CMO and Marketing leadership
- Translate strategy into roadmaps, workback plans, governance, and deliverables
- Integrate Canadian and U.S. perspectives into cohesive recommendations




- Develop options addressing emerging issues, opportunities, and interdependencies
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, briefings, and recommendations

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree, designation, or equivalent experience required
- 10+ years in strategy, marketing, transformation, consulting, or related fields
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives through implementation
- Exceptional executive communication and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority
