The Clinic Supervisor supports HART HUB and Integrated Programs alongside the Integrated Programs Manager. The role supervises nursing, administrative, peer, and in-reach teams while maintaining high-quality, client-centred care. Approximately 75% focuses on leadership; 25% provides clinical support through triage, procedures, supplies, and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise HART HUB staff attendance, scheduling, and daily operations
- Address staff shortages, incidents, and immediate clinic needs
- Triage urgent items and respond to medical emergencies
- Plan, assign, supervise, and evaluate staff work




- Support compliance, partnerships, budgets, and financial reporting

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in health, business, social sciences, or related disciplines
- Regulated healthcare qualified with 5+ years clinical experience
- Healthcare management or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of harm reduction and social determinants of health
- Experience supporting mental health, addictions, poverty, or homelessness
