Seisly is a SEIS/EIS advance assurance practice built as a founder OS. We draft advance assurance applications, pair them with human expert review, and submit to HMRC. The product is live and built. We are looking for a tax-qualified co-founder to lead the practice side with me.

Who I am looking for

You are tax-qualified: CTA, ATT, or a qualified accountant (ICAEW, ACCA or equivalent) with real SEIS/EIS experience. You have signed off advance assurance applications, or you have advised founders through them. You are comfortable being the named, qualified person who stands behind the firm's work.

The role

You co-own the quality and integrity of the tax work. You review applications, set the standards the AA drafting is held to, and own the regulatory posture of the practice: CIOT/ICAEW standing and, in time, AML supervision. As Seisly grows, you build and lead the review function.

This is a genuine co-founder role, not a review-for-hire arrangement. It is equity-led, with a salary alongside.
