Lead pharmaceutical returns compliance as a Qualified Person in Charge at BU 386, Wentworth Returns, working Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you oversee AQPICs across two shifts and Operations Analysts. Your responsibilities span Health Canada compliance, customer agreements, audits, pharmaceutical handling, vault inventories, licenses, and Health and Safety. This full time, permanent position requires QPIC certification from Health Canada, pharmaceutical or product returns experience, and previous leadership or supervisory experience. Customer service experience is an asset. You will guide recruitment, training, onboarding, payroll, approvals, and operational compliance across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee AQPICs and Operations Analysts across two shifts




- Ensure compliance with Health Canada regulations
- Lead customer and agency audits for Returns and Waste
- Manage pharmaceutical handling requests, vault inventories, and site licenses
- Conduct downstream processor audits and Health and Safety activities

Requirements:

- QPIC certification from Health Canada
- Pharmaceutical or product returns industry experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Customer service experience is an asset
