Drive commercial operations through inside sales, customer research, and SAP order entry at Umicore’s Jewelry & Industrial Metals business. Support customers from inquiry through resolution.

As a Commercial Operations Senior Specialist, you will research prospective customers, contact current and inactive accounts, and communicate UPMC products and services. The position combines customer support, order administration, proposals, market awareness, and sales reporting. You will also support Customer Service representatives and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research prospective customers and assess their potential
- Make cold calls to new and inactive customers
- Respond to customer inquiries by email or phone
- Enter customer orders in SAP
- Prepare sales activity reports for management

Requirements:

- College diploma in business, marketing, administration, or similar
- Previous inside sales experience
- CRM experience, preferably with SAP
- Excellent communication and research skills
- Problem-solving, results-oriented, and motivated approach
