Support recruitment, labor relations, and HRIS administration as a Senior Human Resources Generalist across Compass Minerals’ Canadian operations.

This senior role supports the full employee lifecycle across multiple locations. You will partner with leaders on recruitment, onboarding, employment practices, attendance management, and HR programs. The position also supports compliant, consistent HR solutions and positive employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions
- Deliver consistent onboarding experiences for new employees
- Interpret collective agreements and support grievance management
- Develop, revise, and communicate HR policies
- Maintain HRIS data and analyze workforce reports

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
- Five or more years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding experience
- Knowledge of employment legislation and attendance management
- Robust interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
