Every day, our Sales Representatives connect customers with exactly the right Turf equipment for their needs.This is a salary+commission inside sales position for one of the highest quality products available - John Deere - to the greatest customer base. In this role you will:

- Listen to customers and understand their requirements so you can find them the right product;
- Provide the financing options available and help the customer select the one that fits their situation;
- Take advantage of training and resource materials so you are familiar with all the features and benefits of the different products;
- Ensure that the sales and display areas are well-presented and organized;
- Fairly value all trade-ins;
- Clearly explain all aspects of the sale and properly document it;
- Be ready to demonstrate units for the customer;
- Represent the company at product-related events;
- Provide the best follow up and after sales care to our customers and if something is not right, work with the team to make it right;
- Always be skilled and act safely.
