As an Intermediate Project Cost Analyst, you will support payroll, costing, purchase orders, accruals, and customer invoicing. The work applies customer and EPSCA requirements to project data. You will maintain accurate cost and sell information across recurring project cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up projects, purchase orders, and timesheets in TimeTracker
- Import timesheets and maintain crew setup and updates
- Execute payroll calculations, premiums, and trades travel activities
- Prepare cost reports, accruals, invoice packages, and vendor trackers




- Reconcile discrepancies and maintain audit-ready project transaction support

Requirements:

- Two to four years of relevant project administration experience
