Surrey Christian School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Christian educational leader to serve as our next Superintendent during an important and exciting chapter in our story, located in Surrey, a diverse community just outside Vancouver, BC, in beautiful British Columbia, Canada.

Our mission statement, “Educating for wholeness by engaging God’s world in the servant way of Jesus,” shapes everything we do. Surrey Christian School (SCS) is a thriving school community with a robust staff dedicated to student learning that inspires students to become fully alive in God’s story. We have two campuses: A PreK–7 campus and a Grades 8–12 campus, serving more than 700 families and just over 1000 students.

At Surrey Christian School, our faith forms us, His love knows us, and the learning journey transforms us. Our educators are empowered to create meaningful learning experiences that enable students to participate in ‘real work that meets the real needs of real people’,

connecting faith and learning in a place where both students and staff are known, included, and loved, as we embrace a journey of growth with hopeful wonder together.

About the Opportunity

Building upon a strong foundation, our next Superintendent will lead a thriving PreK–12 community while helping us imagine what comes next. As Surrey and the communities surrounding our campuses continue to grow and change, SCS has an opportunity to thoughtfully expand its reach, welcome new families, strengthen community partnerships, and bring Christ-centred education to more students.

This is both a strategic and deeply relational leadership opportunity. Our Superintendent will work alongside a committed Board, talented leadership team, dedicated faculty and staff, and an engaged community to discern where God is calling Surrey Christian School next.
