This SAP IBP Application Support Analyst supports IBP and SAP S/4HANA integration. The work covers planning processes, business users, system enhancements, and secure operations. SAP IBP represents approximately half the workload, with broader S/4HANA functional development across SD, MM, Pricing, Finance, or IS-Oil & Gas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day SAP IBP and S/4HANA integration support
- Resolve ServiceNow incidents and service requests
- Investigate forecasts, planning views, key figures, and master data
- Analyze data replication and interface failures across systems
- Support upgrades, testing, deployments,



and post-release validation

Requirements:

- Experience supporting IBP Planning Areas, Key Figures, and Planning Views
- Understanding of master data, transactional data, and planning processes
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration and data flows
- Experience with CPI-DS or similar SAP integration technologies
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis skills
