Our client is seeking a versatile and experienced In-house Legal Counsel to join their team based in Kimberley . Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management matters.

- Support business units on legal issues arising from their operations.




- Manage external legal counsel and oversee litigation or dispute resolution processes as needed.

Requirements

- Admitted attorney or advocate of the High Court of South Africa.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate or commercial law, with significant in-house experience preferred.
- Proven ability to handle diverse legal matters effectively and efficiently.
- Solid understanding of contract law, corporate law, and relevant South African legislation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
