Lead commercial fleet maintenance at PepsiCo, overseeing technicians, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and compliance across wide-ranging equipment. Travel spans Eastern Quebec and Atlantic provinces.

This Fleet Maintenance Supervisor role leads daily maintenance operations for light to heavy duty commercial vehicles, trailers, forklifts, and material handling equipment. You will manage technicians across multiple locations, coordinate repairs, and improve reliability. The position also supports shop expansion and capability planning across Eastern Quebec and the Atlantic Provinces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, schedule, mentor, and evaluate mechanics and technicians
- Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and major overhauls
- Develop schedules and procedures minimizing downtime




- Monitor maintenance metrics and drive data-informed improvements
- Coordinate vendors, parts, budgets, and repair priorities

Requirements:

- Three to five years heavy equipment maintenance experience
- Two to three years supervisory or lead mechanic experience
- Technical knowledge of engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and transmissions
- Fleet software and Microsoft Office experience
- Valid driver's license; bilingual candidate
