Job Summary

The Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent supports overnight hotel operations by welcoming guests, managing front desk requests, and completing accurate night audit tasks. This role combines attentive guest services with explicit communication and dependable recordkeeping, helping ensure a smooth experience for guests and a well-organized handoff for colleagues.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and respond to questions with professional customer service.
- Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, applying courteous phone etiquette and directing requests appropriately.
- Complete overnight audit tasks, review and maintain accurate records, and share relevant updates with the next shift.
- Coordinate guest services with hotel colleagues to address requests and support a comfortable stay.

Requirements

Required:



Clear communication, customer service, professional phone etiquette, accurate recordkeeping, and the ability to manage front desk tasks and multi-line phone systems are essential to supporting guests and completing overnight work. Preferred: Hotel experience, hospitality or guest services experience, and bilingual or multilingual communication skills are valuable strengths for assisting a diverse range of guests. Pay: From $20.00 per hour
