About The Station Clinic and Apothecary

The Station Clinic and Apothecary is a community-focused primary care clinic in Toronto, committed to delivering accessible, evidence-based, and patient-centred healthcare. Our integrated model brings together family medicine, pharmacy services, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care and improve the patient experience.

Our team focuses on preventive health, chronic disease management, acute care, and individualized treatment plans. We value collaboration, clear communication, and a supportive clinical environment where healthcare professionals can work together to deliver high-quality care.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team on a part-time basis and work closely with our family physicians to support their existing patient rosters and enhance access to primary care services.

About the Role

The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with the clinic’s family physicians to provide comprehensive primary care and support the ongoing management of their patients. This role is designed to complement the work of our physicians, helping improve appointment availability, provide timely follow-up, and support continuity of care.

The successful candidate will assess and manage a variety of acute and chronic health concerns, provide preventive care, order and interpret diagnostic investigations, prescribe medications within their authorized scope of practice, and coordinate care with the broader healthcare team.

This position does not require the NP to bring or independently establish their own patient roster. Instead, the NP will work with the clinic’s existing physicians and their patient populations as part of a collaborative, team-based model of care.

With approximately 20–24 hours per week and a flexible schedule between Monday and Saturday, this position is well suited to an NP seeking part-time clinical work within an established primary care practice.
