This senior position serves as the technical authority and outcome delivery lead for complex customer portfolios. You will lead business and technical conversations with VP and C-level stakeholders, partner with Account Managers, and guide customers across SIEM, EDR, XDR, cloud, and identity environments. The role is prioritized for candidates in Pacific or Mountain Time Zones.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as primary technical advisor for strategic customer accounts
- Lead platform reviews, service reviews, and escalation discussions
- Own complex technical escalations across SOC, Product, and Engineering
- Guide onboarding, optimization, tuning,



and executive briefings
- Coach junior TAMs and contribute to operational playbooks

Requirements:

- Eight or more years in customer success, support, TAM, or IT security
- Deep SOC, incident response, investigation, and security platform understanding
- Confidence managing strategic or complex customer accounts
- Advanced certification or SANS training, such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC
- Ability to communicate technical complexity with executive stakeholders
