This Community Outreach and Marketing Manager role supports a growing private dementia care provider. You will develop referral relationships, create local marketing initiatives, and manage prospect engagement. Seniors’ housing, retirement living, healthcare, recreation, therapeutic programming, or community engagement experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent two residences within Toronto communities
- Generate leads through healthcare and community outreach
- Conduct tours and guide families through move-in
- Execute social media, newsletter,



and presentation initiatives
- Coordinate events and speaker series for referral sources

Requirements:

- Experience in seniors’ housing, retirement living, or healthcare preferred
- Community outreach or resident relations experience preferred
- Solid interpersonal skills and initiative
- Excellent organization and follow-up abilities
- Clinical credentials are not required
