As Senior Analyst, AI Operations and Governance, you will administer AI services and operational controls across Ciena. The work spans platform health, access management, governance, reporting, and service management. You will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Data and Analytics, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Copilot licensing, access, configuration, and service health
- Monitor AI platforms, incidents, readiness, and root-cause analysis
- Operate LLM gateways with routing, quotas, and audit logging
- Govern agent registration, approval, deployment,
and retirement
- Maintain dashboards for usage, costs, errors, and policy events
Requirements:
- Five-plus years in enterprise platform administration or related technology roles
- Hands-on Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Entra ID experience
- Experience operating enterprise AI, LLM, or API gateways
- Knowledge of security controls, authentication, authorization, and audit logging
- PowerShell, Python, REST API, or workflow automation skills
