Kitchen Table Group seeks a Sous Chef for its quick-service pasta concept inspired by Ask for Luigi. This leadership role combines kitchen operations, hands-on guest service, and team development. You will support food quality, service flow, coaching, and a welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead kitchen operations during high-volume service
- Support counter service and engage directly with guests
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Maintain food quality and service flow
- Help create welcoming guest experiences

Requirements:

- Two or more years in a high-volume kitchen leadership role
- Passion for hospitality and memorable guest experiences
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and guest confidence
- Hands-on, adaptable leadership across kitchen and counter service
- Food Secure Level 1 considered an asset
