Dealer Image Pro, a PBS Systems division, seeks an Associate Product Manager reporting to the VP of Product. You will support product operations through analytics, issue triage, release coordination, and customer feedback. The role connects Development, Support, Dealer Success, and product teams while supporting vehicle imaging software, AI, and merchandising workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Triage product issues by urgency and customer impact
- Organize backlogs and identify recurring product problems
- Maintain dashboards, reports, and product metrics
- Support sprint planning, quality assurance,



and release readiness
- Coordinate testing, feedback, release notes, and updates

Requirements:

- Two to four years in a related software role
- Experience with analytics, business intelligence, or monitoring tools
- Ability to investigate issues and collaborate with engineers
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ownership of work through completion
