As Divisional Controller, you will oversee accounting for newly added Vancouver-area properties within an established national real estate services organization. The position combines leadership with property accounting, client relationships, and financial performance oversight. You will mentor property accounting professionals while working with management teams, owners, partners, and lenders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee accounting for Vancouver-area commercial properties
- Lead budgets, annual planning, and cash forecasting

Requirements:

- Five or more years of commercial property accounting experience
