Amplifon seeks a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist skilled in comprehensive hearing evaluations and personalized consultations during standard business hours.

This position manages each customer’s hearing care journey from evaluation through fitting demonstrations and after-care. Reporting to the Senior Area Manager, you will lead hearing aid and accessory sales while educating communities about hearing health. The role also supports customer records, store operations, and local engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations and explain hearing loss effects
- Provide personalized consultations, fittings, and device demonstrations
- Deliver after-care services and maintain compliant customer records




- Lead hearing aid and accessory sales toward revenue goals
- Support community outreach, marketing initiatives, and special events

Requirements:

- Hearing Instrument Specialist diploma or Master’s degree in Audiology
- Registration in valuable standing with applicable regulatory authorities
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS
- Students and recent graduates completing licensure requirements may apply
