Reporting to the Associate Director, Technology Delivery, this manager leads end-to-end technical delivery across assigned portfolios and customer journeys. You will partner with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to turn requirements into actionable solutions. The work supports Toronto Pearson’s transformation toward a product-based operating model.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical delivery across digital products and customer journeys
- Translate requirements into actionable technical solutions
- Oversee integration, deployment, and operational readiness

- Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- 5+ years in technical delivery or similar roles
- 2+ years leading technical teams or delivery functions
- Experience delivering complex multi-vendor digital solutions
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud-native platforms
- Bachelor’s degree and Transportation Security Clearance eligibility
