As a full-time permanent IT Support & Training Specialist, you will report to the Information Systems Manager. The position combines help desk support, user training, onboarding coordination, documentation, and technology adoption. You will help employees use School technology effectively, confidently, and securely while supporting accounts, applications, classroom technology, and audio/visual systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide frontline support for accounts, applications, and Microsoft 365
- Support classroom technology, audio/visual systems, and daily needs
- Coordinate technology onboarding and offboarding processes




- Develop and deliver training programs for faculty and staff
- Maintain user guides and support documentation

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum three years’ customer-facing technical support experience
- Demonstrated training delivery and documentation development experience
- Excellent customer service and solid communication skills
- Sound judgment, patience, adaptability, and collaboration
