This senior leadership position oversees the Canadian business for Beltservice Corporation, a custom conveyor belting fabricator. You will align Canadian operations with corporate objectives, develop organizational capabilities, and support sustainable growth. The scope includes strategic planning, P&L; accountability, sales development, talent leadership, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies supporting revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
- Manage budgets, forecasts, financial plans, and performance indicators
- Optimize operations, supply chain effectiveness, inventory, and costs




- Lead sales growth and strategic customer relationships
- Oversee Canadian compliance, governance, controls, and risk mitigation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- 10+ years of progressive business leadership experience
- At least five years in senior or general management
- Experience managing a Canadian subsidiary or national business
- Industrial, manufacturing, conveyor, or related B2B experience
