As the Nightlife Manager, you will collaborate closely with the management team to oversee daily operations & ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the management team in overseeing day-to-day operations of the business

- Supervise and support staff members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service

- Collaborate with various departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives

- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety throughout the establishment

-Assist bar and bartenders with operations





-Assist Bottle servers with operations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and problem-solve under pressure

-Availability evenings and weekends mandatory

Wage is hourly/ plus tipout
