This role leads the delivery and support of low-code automation solutions that improve operational efficiency across a consumer business workplace. The position works across business and technology teams to guide automation initiatives through design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement. The role also provides delivery leadership for Automation Specialists while ensuring solutions align with approved architecture, governance, security, and operational requirements.

Must Haves

- 10+ years delivering low-code automation, workflow, robotic process automation (RPA), or related business solutions
- Experience leading delivery teams and providing day-to-day guidance for Automation Specialists
- Experience translating business processes and requirements into automation solutions and technical specifications
- Experience with release management, production support, incident resolution, and operational documentation
- Experience working with integrations, APIs, data sources, connectors, and cloud-based business applications
- Knowledge of Snowflake

Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of low-code automation solutions from assessment through deployment and operational handoff
- Translate business needs and process challenges into delivery scope, requirements,



and solution approaches
- Coordinate team priorities, delivery commitments, dependencies, and risks across automation initiatives
- Review solution designs, workflows, integrations, and deliverables for alignment with approved standards
- Ensure automation solutions meet approved architecture, security, privacy, testing, and release requirements
- Oversee production support activities for automation solutions including incidents, defects, and service requests
- Provide leadership, technical guidance, and coaching to Automation Specialists
