This full time leader manages site performance, staffing, budgets, training, and general human resources practices. The position directs leaders, develops talent, and collaborates with Workforce Management, Training, Quality, Human Resources, and Facilities. Success includes customer satisfaction, service levels, and contractual KPI attainment.
