As a Human Capital Advisory Supervisor, you will lead engagements spanning HR strategy, operating model redesign, technology enablement, and workforce optimization. You will collaborate with senior leaders, guide project teams, and support strategic outcomes across the employee lifecycle. The work includes client workshops, recommendations, and polished deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead HR and organizational transformation projects
- Redesign HR operating models and support HRIS implementations
- Assess capabilities and design future-state solutions




- Manage cross-functional teams and client delivery
- Facilitate workshops and communicate recommendations

Requirements:

- Six or more years in human capital consulting
- Experience with large-scale HR, organizational, or HCM transformations
- Expertise in HR functions, processes, technology, and compliance
- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree and willingness to travel up to 50%
