The Salvation Army Thunder Bay, Journey to Life Centre Residential Programs is seeking a Program Manager to oversee all residential services, ensuring they are delivered effectively and in line with Salvation Army guidelines.

You will lead program development, supervise staff, ensure safety and compliance, coordinate with community partners, and manage resources to support the mission of the organization.
