As a Senior Conversation Designer, you will create intelligent experiences for chatbots, voicebots, virtual agents, and AI-powered service channels. You will simplify complex processes for customers and employees while partnering with product, UX, operations, technology, and business teams. The work spans discovery, design, testing, and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end conversations across voice, chat, and messaging
- Lead discovery workshops covering needs, policies, and service requirements

Requirements:

- Four-plus years in conversation, content, UX, or service design
