Lead enterprise analytics and health outcomes at GreenShield in a hybrid Vice President role focused on measurable impact and executive decision-making.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Product, Experience & Health Outcomes, you will connect data, insights, and enterprise priorities. You will guide measurement, storytelling, predictive modelling, and analytics practices across health care, perks, and insurance contexts. Your work will help leaders understand what is happening, why it matters, and where to act.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead enterprise analytics and outcomes capabilities across GreenShield
- Translate complex data into executive-ready insights and recommendations
- Build scalable practices measuring performance, outcomes, and impact
- Embed analytics into planning, decisions,



and performance management
- Lead a high-performing analytics and outcomes team

Requirements:

- 15+ years of progressive analytics experience
- Senior leadership accountability for analytics and business impact
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience building outcome frameworks, dashboards, or scorecards
- Advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and statistical analysis expertise
