This senior leadership position directs high-impact interventions across projects, business units, manufacturing operations, and functional teams. You will diagnose performance challenges, identify root causes, and develop recovery strategies. Success depends on coaching, influence, technical credibility, and disciplined execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead rapid diagnostic reviews of underperforming projects and operations

Requirements:

- 15+ years in project, programme, operational, or business leadership
- Complex engineering, offshore, subsea, marine, energy, or manufacturing experience
- Proven recovery experience with challenged projects and operations
- Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Business, or related degree
- Qualified project management qualification such as APM, PMP, or PRINCE2
