The Manager, Information Technology leads Glenbow’s internal IT team and managed service providers. This position oversees IT operations, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and visitor-facing technologies. It also advances technology adoption, business process improvements, and coordinated technology initiatives across the museum.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and manage the internal IT team
- Coordinate IT workloads, resources, service commitments, and projects
- Manage managed service providers and technology vendor relationships
- Oversee enterprise applications and visitor-facing technology services




- Lead complex technology issue resolution and service improvement

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, business, or related field
- At least five years’ progressive information technology experience
- At least three years leading teams and external technology partners
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud services, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
- Understanding of governance, service management, projects, vendors, and technology risk
